1. Overview
GameBuster respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our designated copyright agent as set forth below.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringers
GameBuster has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
We reserve the right to pursue damages against any party that submits false DMCA notifications.

7. Content Removal Process
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content

- We will provide the content owner with information about filing a counter-notification
- If a valid counter-notification is received, we will notify the complainant
- Content may be restored after 10-14 business days if no court action is filed
8. Good Faith Reporting
We encourage copyright owners to consider fair use, licenses, and other legal defenses before submitting a takedown notice. Not all uses of copyrighted material constitute infringement.
