1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GameBuster Developer Portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

GameBuster reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

2. Developer Account

To use the Service, you must create a developer account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account and use the Service.

3. Game Submissions

When you submit a game to GameBuster, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the rights to distribute the game
  • The game does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • The game does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • The game complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • The game is appropriate for a general audience unless otherwise specified

GameBuster reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any game at our sole discretion, including but not limited to games that violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

4. Revenue Share

GameBuster offers a 60% revenue share to developers for ad revenue generated by their games. The terms of the revenue share are as follows:

  • Revenue is calculated based on verified ad impressions and clicks
  • Payments are processed monthly for balances of $100 or more
  • Payment method is Wise (wise.com)
  • GameBuster reserves the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity
  • Revenue share percentages may be adjusted with 30 days notice

5. SDK Integration

Games published on GameBuster must integrate our SDK for monetization and analytics. By integrating the SDK, you agree to:

  • Display ads in accordance with our placement guidelines
  • Not modify, reverse engineer, or circumvent the SDK
  • Not artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks
  • Comply with all applicable advertising regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your games. By submitting a game to GameBuster, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, distribute, and display your game on our platform
  • Promote your game through marketing materials
  • Create thumbnails and screenshots for promotional purposes

GameBuster's name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GameBuster. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on GameBuster:

  • Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors
  • Gambling or casino games (unless properly licensed)
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Malware, spyware, or any harmful software
  • Content that violates any applicable laws

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. GameBuster may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or our content guidelines
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your games receive significant complaints from users
  • Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your games will be removed from the platform. Any unpaid revenue will be paid according to our standard payment schedule, provided no fraud or violations occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMEBUSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameBuster and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your games or content
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
